Real-time Abnormalities Maintenance, With Rapid Problem Resolution
The integrated control system connected to the automated parking system, observes the on-site situation around the clock to monitor system in real-time. If there is a malfunction of the parking system or an emergency is perceived, the nearest service agent will automatically be dispatched to the field to mitigate the situation.
Every process of design, manufacturing, installation is conducted by business system based on ISO 9001.All systems are in accordance with DIN EN 14010.
We use warrantied parts that have completed quality verification based on strict quality standards direct from the manufacturers.We also ensure the reliability of these parts.
We offer free training for your valet who will be the person in charge of operating your parking facility. This will occur after the system and the surrounding construction is complete, to ensure safety of the workers and staff.
MAINTENANCE
Extend Lifespan of the Parking Facility
Regular inspection and preventative maintenance, as per the maintenance contract, could extend the lifespan & ensure safe usage of the parking facility.
Upon installation a preliminary check of the system will be done to ensure the system is in full working order as well as abides by all the local regulations.
Regular inspection and replacement of expendable parts could reduce overall operation cost by reducing the number of malfunctions of a parking facility.
Proper care of the parking facility will extend the lifespan of the system and also ensure that no major issues will occur.
All systems will have a preliminary maintenance check from the moment they are installed to verify that they meet all local Canadian standards set in accordance to the TSSA in Toronto.
All fully automated systems will have a built-in smart monitoring system, to help track and notify our clients of any irregularities or upcoming part changes, as well as to predict possible malfunctions.
All moving parts of a semi-automated parking facility will have a predetermined life expectancy, at which time the parts will need to be changed – we will ensure these changes occur before the anticipated change dates. GL offers this for any client who chooses to use our service and maintenance plans thereafter.

From start to finish, these systems are generally straightforward to install. They are designed as pre-fabricated solutions that are built and tested prior to being shipped. The majority of the work consists of pouring the concrete and setting the foundation upon which the parking will be assembled.
Installation Process
The estimated completion and delivery of a parking system from start to finish is approximately 12 months.
